A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve date, and the entire balance must be paid in full upon completion of event.
Contracting party will supply sufficient electric to accommodate sound and light package chosen.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost of entertainment will only be executed upon written orders for same, and will become an extra charge over the sum mentioned in the contract. You are hereby to furnish Disc Jockey entertainment mentioned in the above proposal, for which the undersigned agrees to pay the above mentioned in said proposal, and according to the terms thereof.
